I went to pick up some red oxide primer today for the bus. I got to the local paint shop to find this parked outside… not something you see everyday, a Ford GT40 in Gulf colours… vroooom!
At a height of 40 inches (the 40 part of GT40) measured at the windshield, not exactly sure how I would find getting in and out of it, but wow what an amazing looking car!
Not sure which Ford V8 engine it was running (4.2 litre, 4.7 litre or 7 litre) but would have loved to have been around when it started up, I bet it made an utterly awesome sound! 🙂
