Some more finishing off to the lower edge of the front windscreen. The repairs are now both 100%  solid and the original contours are both retained and well defined.

This will make a real difference to the final painted finish as the contours and edges of the bodywork contours will look visually crisp and ‘sharp’. This is a big difference with a bare metal paint job, as when a van has had multiple paint jobs in the past, the overall definition of the vans bodywork contours becomes visually ‘softer’ and bloated as the original definition is lost.

…and it has the added benefit that this time there will be a proper lower lip for the windscreen rubber to hook over to secure the windscreen properly in place!
